The NYSERDA Comfort Home Program covers weatherization measures in 3 package tiers.
Homes must meet all the insulation and air sealing standards under the perspective package to obtain the incentive. Projects must include at least one measure to be eligible for the program.

Clean Heat
The NYSERDA Clean Heat Program covers the installation of ducted and ductless heat pumps, as well as heat pump water heaters.
Integration
Coordinates the heating operation of heat pump (ducted and ductless) systems with ancillary heating systems such as fossil fuel boilers and furnaces. ICs prioritize operation of the heat pump system as the first stage of heat and rely on the ancillary system as backup or second stage of heat.

Decommission
Existing fossil fuel space heating or domestic hot water (DHW) heating appliance that is retired, disconnected, or removed in a manner that complies with all applicable federal, state, and municipality laws, regulations, and codes and is installed in conjunction with an eligible heat pump system.
